Fitting is used with 3/8 in. O.D. gas connectors (CSSL part no. prefix) for appliances with smaller BTU demands such as a standard gas dryer, gas log fireplace or space heater. Used to adapt the gas connector nut to appliance inlet or gas supply. The flared end of the fitting connects to the gas connector nut. The female end connects to the gas appliance inlet, gas ball valve or gas supply stub out. Manufactured from steel and features a corrosion resistant coating
